At Evergreen Beauties, we value your satisfaction. We provide a clear and customer-friendly return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Return Period

You can return any product within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged.

Exchange Policy

We offer product replacement. In some cases, customers may be required to pay an additional cost if there's a price difference. Replacement shipping is free of charge.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if a replacement is requested, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

Shipping Details

  • Delivery Time: 4–5 working days (Sunday off)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over PKR 3,000 (Pakistan-wide) & over PKR 2,000 (Sindh)
  • Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 250 for smaller orders
